Refund policy

Items must be returned within 14 Days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must have all tags attached.
Jewellery needs to be returned unused, in its original packaging, unfortunately for hygiene reasons pierced Jewellery is non refundable.

How to return an item.

Repack the item with the original tags still attached. Returns address is on returns form enclosed within the delivery.
We recommend using Royal Mail recorded or special delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked.keep your certificate of postage.
Bow Bijoux cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to the parcel whilst in transit.
Bowbijoux do not cover the delivery cost to return a product
Bowbijoux only offer an exchange on the same item in either a different size or colour

Please note refunds will not be given on items deemed unfit for resale.
